Madan Mohan Jha is a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and sustainable management. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and an MBA in Sustainable Management from IIM Lucknow. With eight years of corporate experience, he has worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Consultant, and Technology Analyst, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.
His core interest areas include business sustainability, data analytics, AI, and product and project management. Passionate about integrating technology and sustainability, Madan seeks to create impactful products and solutions that align business growth with environmental and social responsibility.
Dr Shraddha Mishra (PhD) is an accomplished professional in sustainability regulations, specializing in Regulatory & Compliance Products. She is actively involved in area of sustainable finance practices focusing on ESG, SRI, and Impact valuations. With around ten years of experience from corporates & academia, she is serving as Senior Manager in Regulatory and Compliance Products at GIST Impact. Prior to her tenure at GIST Impact, she worked as a Senior Associate at Arabesque (now ESG book) focusing on Applied ESG & Sustainable Investment Solutions, and as an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Gurugram. She also held positions at prestigious institutions such as Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow, and Baba Saheb BhimRao Ambedkar University (Central University).
Shraddha's expertise includes a deep understanding of sustainability regulations & frameworks, covering SFDR, CSRD, CSDDD, GRI, IR Framework, TCFD, ISSA 5000, TNFD, GIIN, UN-SDG, UNEP-FI, VRF, OECD, UNGC, GRI, SASB, US Sec, ISSB, TPT, SBTi, SBTN, PRI, ICMA, and GRESB, among others. Her doctoral research emphasizes capital market efficiency, particularly analyzing the impact of natural disasters on financial markets and identifying market anomalies. Passionate about driving positive change in finance and sustainability, she is committed to integrating ethical practices into investment strategies and developing related product strategies.
Divvay is an Analyst in the DDA team. Divvay holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering with Honours from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. His thesis led to the development of a novel method for recovering magnesium from RO brine, which is subsequently utilized in the production of struvite, a widely used fertilizer, recovered during wastewater treatment.
Divvay is deeply passionate about addressing complex sustainability challenges through innovative solutions. By leveraging principles of circular economy and adopting a sustainability-focused, solutions-driven mindset, he aims to create impactful strategies that promote environmental resilience and long-term viability. At GIST Impact, Divvay focuses on extracting actionable insights from sustainability data disclosures of companies in the electricity generation and transmission, and electronic manufacturing sectors. His expertise lies in analysing critical data streams, extracting meaningful insights, and evaluating the Impact of a company’s operations (converting environmental indicators into monetary impact). Divvay’s work bridges the gap between complex sustainability data and strategic action, driving impactful outcomes for businesses and the environment alike.
Outside of work, Divvay is an avid nature enthusiast who enjoys embarking on trekking expeditions. Having explored the majestic Alps, he is now focused on discovering the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas.
Amit is a Senior Analyst in the Data Delivery and Assurance team, specializing in sustainability, impact measurement, and data analysis. He holds a master’s degree in Biosciences and Bioengineering from IIT Guwahati. Before joining GIST, Amit gained valuable experience in market research and business development, which enriched his perspective on strategic decision-making and market dynamics.
Driven by a deep passion for sustainability and sustainable finance, Amit has dedicated his career to advancing impactful solutions that align environmental stewardship with economic goals. His expertise lies in analyzing complex data to deliver actionable insights to understand behaviours of various industrail sectors.
Outside of work, Amit loves to travel, with a special passion for trekking and exploring nature. A fitness enthusiast, he prioritizes staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He is also deeply interested in psychology and enjoys reading and learning about human behavior and cognitive sciences.
Richa is a skilled analyst in the Data Delivery and Assurance team with rich experience in secondary data research for non-financial data crawling, quality check and impact valuation. She holds a Master's degree in Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
Prior to joining GIST Impact, she gained valuable experience during her three-and-a-half-year tenure in sales and client management. Richa is driven by the vision of creating a sustainable future through her work. Having witnessed the profound impact of environmental challenges, she is inspired to leverage her skills in data analytics to contribute meaningfully to the sustainability efforts of the corporate sector. Outside of her professional work, Richa enjoys gardening and creating green spaces. She also has a passion for music and loves listening to songs in her spare time.
Michelle Andrade is a seasoned IT professional with a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering and a Master's in Business Information Systems. With over 7 years of industry experience in SDLC & Consulting, Michelle plays a Scrum Master role within GIST Impact.
She oversees and ensures timely delivery of client & internal priorities across all products & data and at the same time educates the organization on scrum ways of working. Michelle also owns data as a product within GIST Impact and is responsible to build strategic roadmap for the data engineering team aligned with client commitments and new data feed opportunities. She plays an instrumental role in aligning business priorities between Research, Client and Technology teams.
Michelle is a technologist at heart with a never ending thirst to learn and apply. She brings this passion into solving complex client problems and needs by keeping client delight at the centre of her thought process.
Shantanu has completed his Doctor of Pharmacy, and comes from the healthcare background, but he has always been a tech enthusiast at heart! He started his work in the tech sector when he first built a custom kernel for the Android OS back in 2011. Over the past 6+ years, Shantanu has honed his skills across various technologies, establishing himself as a versatile IT professional. At GIST, he spearheads the management of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and critical resources. His pivotal role extends to overseeing internal products, where he guides the team in architecting scalable, user-friendly, and highly available solutions.
Shantanu's strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and practical, accessible solutions. His healthcare background provides a unique perspective, enabling him to approach tech challenges with a user-centric mindset. As someone who is driven by passion, he loves to stay on top of new technologies and identify how they can benefit his work to make products and solutions more accessible to users.
With over 11 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, Vikrant has established expertise in full-stack development, quality assurance, project management, and client engagement. Beginning as a Test Engineer, he worked on designing test scenarios, validating applications, and managing releases, including showcasing new features to clients and addressing customer requirements effectively. Transitioning into a full-stack developer role, he played a key role in developing Android application. He also contributed significantly to backend development, creating APIs and managing databases with advanced SQL techniques, including views and functions, to optimize performance.
Vikrant has successfully managed projects using tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, and GitHub, while fostering agile methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables. With expertise in database design, Java (Spring Boot & Jersey), Android development, and SQL, he is known for leading and delivering high-impact projects. His passion for team building and mentorship complements his ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
P.V. is a Senior Product Manager at GIST Impact, where he leads the product strategy, development, and growth of regulatory solutions, with a core focus on CSRD. His work centers on building solutions that integrate science-led, data-driven insights into ESG materiality assessments and reporting, helping organizations make informed sustainability decisions.
Before joining GIST Impact, P.V. honed his expertise at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in driving digital strategy and transformations, building and launching innovative products, enabling scalable product capabilities and leading agile transformations for clients. His consulting work spanned diverse industries, including financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and private markets, helping organizations unlock value and navigate complex challenges with strategic precision and execution.
P.V.’s passion for addressing global challenges, such as biodiversity loss and climate change, led him to join Terra.do, a vibrant community dedicated to climate action. His time at Terra.do deepened his commitment to creating meaningful change and ultimately introduced him to GIST Impact, whose mission of driving impact intelligence into sustainability decision-making strongly resonated with him.
P.V. holds a Master's degress in Business Administration from MDI Gurgaon and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology.
On a personal note, P.V. is a proud vegan, passionately advocating against animal cruelty and actively participating in animal rescue initiatives in Bengaluru. He enjoys experimenting with plant-based cooking, exploring weekend hikes with his Indie dog, Dolly, and has recently taken up birdwatching - a hobby he shares with his wife. Together, they love traveling to biodiversity-rich destinations, with recent favorites including the Andaman Islands, the rainforests of northern Karnataka, and Sri Lanka.
Manish Singh Rathore is a seasoned product leader with over 13 years of experience driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. His expertise spans global new product development, strategic planning, and operational excellence, with a proven track record in creating scalable platforms that enhance user experience and drive growth.
Currently a Senior Product Manager at GIST Impact, Manish leads groundbreaking new product development and growth of Impact Investing and Corporate products & platforms.
Previously, at Reward360 Group, he conceptualized and spearheaded digital travel & shopping marketplace that reached over 50 million customers. His influence in digital transformation extends to groundbreaking AI based products that have created new revenue streams, streamlined processes and delivered significant cost savings.

Before joining GIST Impact, Vinay cultivated his expertise across B2B and B2C landscapes, where he specialized in translating complex business requirements into user-centric solutions. His experience managing e-commerce ventures, nurturing D2C brands, and working with startups has given him a comprehensive understanding of product development - from ideation to execution. Sukhman Sandhu is a seasoned engineer with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Environmental Science and Engineering. With over five years of experience at GIST Impact, Sukhman serves as a Manager in the Corporate Services team, specializing in natural capital and biodiversity foot printing, value chain analysis and sustainability reporting. She is a recognized subject matter expert in helping companies meet complex environmental regulations such as CSRD, TNFD and GRI reporting, while offering insights into value chain operations and corporate ESG strategies.
Sukhman has worked with major global clients, including Yarra Valley Water, WSP, KPMG, and Wipro, providing tailored sustainability solutions that align with regulatory requirements and drive meaningful environmental impact. Her work bridges the gap between scientific research and practical business application, empowering organizations to integrate sustainability into their core operations.
In addition to her industry experience, Sukhman has published research on photocatalytic denitrification, further establishing her as a thought leader in the environmental field. Her technical expertise, combined with a passion for advancing corporate sustainability, enables her to deliver impactful solutions that contribute to both business success and a sustainable future.
Sharad Yadav is an experienced Associate at GIST Impact, bringing over 6.5 years of specialized experience in sustainability strategy, impact valuation, social innovation, biodiversity footprinting, and value chain analysis. Holding a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Sharad’s career reflects a strong commitment to advancing measurable environmental and social impact. At GIST Impact, he plays a critical role in delivering data-driven impact assessments and preparing clients for compliance with key disclosure frameworks like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), enabling clients to integrate sustainability deeply into their operations.
Prior to joining GIST Impact, Sharad devoted three years to sustainable social innovation, addressing essential challenges in water, sanitation, and hygiene. His diverse background also includes roles as a process engineer in the medical device manufacturing sector, where he honed skills in process optimization, and as an environmental consultant, where he played a pivotal role in an environmental audit for a statewide World Bank-funded water and sanitation project. This range of experience equips Sharad with a comprehensive understanding of industrial processes, environmental stewardship, and sustainable development. His unique expertise is instrumental in advancing GIST Impact’s mission of driving positive change through insightful impact analysis and forward-thinking sustainability strategies.
Karan Peer leads Human and Social Capital research. He is a seasoned sustainability specialist with around 9 years of experience in different domains such as Manufacturing, CSR, ESG and social impact. He holds a Gold Medal for my Master’s in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and an A+ in a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment Law and Policy.
He is GRI-certified and a Social Value & SROI Accredited Practitioner. His intertest spans sustainability analytics, ESG research, product development, sales lead generation and client relationship management, with a focus on assessing impacts across Human, Social, Natural, and Produced capital. He has an instrumental role in building the Social impact Platform Power SROI and works with large clients such as Microsoft, Coca-cola, Pernod Ricard India & Orsted to deliver social impact solutions.
Vivek Kumar is a Senior Associate at GIST Impact, with over 3.5 years of experience in sustainability research, portfolio analysis, and client management. Leveraging diverse datasets, including ESG, SDG, Biodiversity, and Asset Location data, Vivek helps investors integrate sustainability and biodiversity insights into their investment strategies to drive impactful decision-making.
As a CFA Climate Impact Investing certified professional, Vivek is passionate about theme-based investing that aligns with environmental goals and social impact. In his role with the Investor Services team, he addresses complex client inquiries, delivering actionable insights on environmental impact metrics, double materiality assessments, and biodiversity-related risks. He works closely with clients to align their portfolios with frameworks like TNFD, SFDR, and CSRD, helping them achieve sustainable financial outcomes.
Vivek holds a Master's degree in Energy, Environment & Technology and Management from IIT Delhi, where he developed optimization strategies for building thermal load management and conducted economic and environmental analyses of various energy sources. His academic and professional journey underscores a commitment to sustainable development through innovation and data-driven solutions.
Aromi Salot is a Manager at GIST Impact, with over 6 years of experience in sustainability research, environmental data analysis and account management. As a Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certified professional, she specializes in driving data-driven insights for integrating ESG and impact metrics into investment strategies. In her role with GIST Impact, Aromi oversees key client accounts, develops data solutions, and drives partnerships to help investors navigate the complex ESG and impact space, with a focus on nature and biodiversity solutions for their portfolios.
Before joining GIST Impact, Aromi worked as a Project Research Associate at IIT Bombay, where she delivered water treatment recommendations for rural Maharashtra, and as a Sustainability Researcher at Earth&Us, where she developed "ImpactWala," an ethical product ranking tool.
Outside of work, Aromi is a certified scuba diver with over 15 dives across destinations like Puerto Rico, the Maldives, and Indonesia. She is also an avid football enthusiast and enjoys volunteering to deliver seminars on career opportunities in sustainability.
Shradha Rungta is a Senior Associate at GIST Impact, with over 5 years of experience in the pensions and investments markets. As a CFA charterholder, she specializes in financial analysis and sustainable investing, focusing on integrating sustainability into investment strategies. In her role with the Investor Services team, Shradha is responsible for managing client requests related to sustainability and biodiversity data sets, delivering valuable insights to help clients navigate environmental and social factors in their investment portfolios.

Tamlyn is a skilled sustainability communications professional, with an Undergraduate Degree in Environmental and Geographical Sicence and a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town.
For the past 6+ years, she's worked across a variety of sectors and industries including local governemnt, legal services, consulting, and green tech. She's driven by bold corporate and individual action that seeks to restore and protect biodiversity, limit the effects of climate change, and provide a better, more equitable future on a global scale. Tamlyn's strengh is utilising her deep understanding of environmental science and sustainability and applying her fresh, creative approach to problem solving and content creation to bridge the gap between hard-core science and the every day - helping more people understand what issues we're facing, and how we can best deal with them.
In her spare time, you'll either find her baking, reading a good book, catching up with friends and family, or planning her next adventure!
Nik holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Classical Languages and Literature from the University of Oxford, as well as a BA in Classics from University College London. He has around three and a half years of work experience across academia, sustainability data, and SaaS investment management.
Nik is keen to make the most of recent advances in technology and data in order to move the world towards a more sustainable and equitable economy. Having spent many years studying the literature, culture, and languages of the ancient and medieval worlds, Nik has no doubt about the importance of adopting a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary perspective to tackle the significant challenges the world faces on its way towards a sustainable future.
On a personal note, Nik's passions include hiking, football, cuddling his dog, and spending time with his young family.

Priyal holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Center For Management Studies (Jain Deemed-to-be-University), Bangalore where she specialised in Human Resources.
She works on three major verticals within the People and Culture team; Recruitment, Data, and as a Human Resource Business Partner to some of our business-oriented departments. While these are her three major contribution verticals, Priyal has also contributes towards her team's internal process development and system set-up. Her role often expands into Global Administration and Compliance, Policy and Process Generation and Management and other bespoke cases that arise from time-to-time.
Her love for data and problem solving drive her to find solutions and constantly upgrade processes and systems (and often ignores the concept of "if it aint broke, don't fix it")!
She is someone who can not decide between mountains or beaches, enjoys travelling and can seamlessly transition from backpacking or camping in the mountains to a staycation but prefers the former. Needless to say, she has always understood the importance of nature and her quest to find a company through which she could do her part in protecting it, led her to GIST Impact.
Sabina Salins is a Senior Associate (People & Culture) at GIST Impact, where she leverages over a decade of experience in human resources and administrative management to foster organisational growth and excellence. Her role is instrumental in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives, ensuring seamless operations, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
